1. Introduction

Welcome to Khadem Foundation, a non-profitable charity organization based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Agreements govern the relationship between Khadem Foundation and its members, volunteers, donors, partners, and beneficiaries. By engaging with the Khadem Foundation, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

Foundation: Refers to Khadem Foundation.
Members: Individuals who are formally recognized as part of the foundation.
Volunteers: Individuals who offer their time and services to support the foundation’s activities.
Donors: Individuals or entities providing financial or material contributions to the foundation.
Beneficiaries: Individuals or communities that receive support or services from the foundation.

3. Foundation Objectives

The Khadem Foundation is committed to:

Providing humanitarian aid and support to underprivileged communities in Bangladesh.
Promoting education, healthcare, and economic development.
Engaging in activities that align with the foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for those in need.

4. Membership and Participation

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who share the foundation’s values and mission.
Participation: Members are expected to actively participate in foundation activities, attend meetings, and contribute to the foundation’s goals.
Termination: The foundation reserves the right to terminate membership if a member is found to be acting against the foundation’s objectives or these terms.

5. Volunteer Engagement

Role and Responsibilities: Volunteers are expected to perform their duties with integrity, respect, and dedication to the foundation’s mission.
Conduct: Volunteers must adhere to the foundation’s code of conduct, which includes respecting the dignity of all individuals and communities served.
Confidentiality: Volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information they encounter during their service.

6. Donor Contributions

Use of Donations: All financial and material contributions will be used solely for the purposes intended by the foundation. The foundation commits to transparency and accountability in the use of all donations.
Receipts and Acknowledgment: Donors will receive an acknowledgment and receipt for their contributions. The foundation ensures that donor information will be kept confidential unless explicit permission is given to disclose it.

7. Beneficiary Rights

Respect and Dignity: The foundation is committed to treating all beneficiaries with respect and dignity.
Fair Distribution: Resources and aid provided by the foundation will be distributed fairly and without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other status.

9. Liability and Indemnity

Continued Participation: Continued participation in foundation activities after the amendment of these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Agreements are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
