3. Purpose of the Organization

Khadem Foundation is a non-profitable charity organization based in Bangladesh, dedicated to improving the quality of life for underprivileged communities. Our mission is to provide free education, child healthcare, Orphanage, old age home, and social support to those in need.

4. Donations and Fundraising

  • 4.1. Donations: All donations made to the Khadem Foundation are voluntary. Donors are encouraged to ensure they understand our mission and how their donations will be used.
  • 4.2. Fund Allocation: Funds received will be allocated according to the Foundation’s priorities, focusing on education, healthcare, and other community support programs.
  • 4.3. Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded. However, if an error is made in the amount of any donation, please contact us within 7 to 10 working days, and we will rectify it.

5. Use of Funds

All funds and resources received by the Khadem Foundation will be used solely for charitable purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Providing educational materials and resources to schools and students.
  • Supporting healthcare initiatives and providing medical assistance to those in need.
  • Implementing social programs aimed at poverty alleviation.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • 6.1. Personal Information: Khadem Foundation respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.
  • 6.2. Data Security: We employ reasonable measures to protect the information provided by our donors, beneficiaries, and volunteers. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Volunteer and Partnership Agreement

  • 7.1. Volunteers: Volunteers working with the Khadem Foundation are required to adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and ethics. Volunteers must respect the rights and dignity of the individuals and communities they serve.
  • 7.2. Partnerships: Any partnerships or collaborations with other organizations or entities must align with the mission and values of the Khadem Foundation. Any breach of this will result in termination of the partnership.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khadem Foundation, its trustees, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on our website or other communications.

9. Intellectual Property
